My second day on Ghanaian soil was a wonderful opportunity to observe people going about their daily work.
In the morning, I learned some basic rules to speak English fluently.

After that, I ate a local dish: bean fritters (Koose). I would like to thank Mr. Yao Nsikan; thanks to him, I got to try these fritters.
I was really surprised by the bean fritters (Koose). If it weren’t for the subtle taste, I would have thought I was eating regular wheat flour donuts! The texture was surprisingly light and delicious.
Around noon, I went to the market with Mr. Yao. We decided to walk to explore the city.
I admired the beautiful traditional clothes, the wide variety of food, and the very clean streets.
When I arrived at the market, I saw so many varieties of food. Men, women, and young girls were conversing in a friendly way. Some were selling, while others were buying.
